A great way to kick-off the course Entrepreneurship in Water Sports & Travel
About 2 months ago I visited an event by the initative Dancing Latitudes. This community, focused on Digital Nomads, hosts events all across Europe (mainly) and they had a great way to kick-off their session. Right away I knew this was something I wanted to do as well.
Being inspired by Dancing Latitudes‘s event in Amsterdam in May, we started the course in Figueira da Foz (Universidade de Coimbra) with an UnConference.
An Unconference is a set-up which only requires one thing: no rules. 5 of the students randomly proposed a topic, something they had on their mind and with the entire group we discussed the topics. We were in charge of the agenda all together. As you can imagine, this led to very interesting conversations from all kinds of angles.
I especially liked to start off with this as no one knew each other and all were unbiased, supporting an open and vibrant discussion without any prejudices whatsoever.
